As part of our continuing effort to ensure you are updated on changes that could potentially impact participant distributions, please note the following.

Effective with the January 31, 2011/February 1, 2011 benefit payments disbursements, you may notice a slight change in your net payment as a result of legislative changes to Federal and State withholding rules. Below is a list of the states affected by these changes.

Please note that actual withholding amounts, which may impact net payments, are dependent upon your withholding method and number of withholding exemptions. • Beneficiary Review or Change
  Log onto the secure Benefits Web site and access your benefits personal home page. Then from the menu bar on the left side of your personal home page, select "Beneficiary Designation." Follow instructions on the beneficiary screens to name or change one or more beneficiaries for plans that require a beneficiary.
