Vought has an excellent total compensation program that includes an optional benefits program with flexibility to meet your personal and family needs. A secure benefits enrollment website, accessible from this screen, allows you to enroll for benefits online before you report to work. Here, you will find the provisions of your health and welfare benefit plans, benefit forms, provider information and useful telephone numbers.

You and the company share the cost of your benefits. For example, the company pays a majority of the cost of your medical care, but you contribute a weekly amount through payroll deduction, depending on your coverages. In most cases, coverage begins on your hire date, and the choices you make are generally effective until next July 1, when the new benefits plan year begins.

As you begin the enrollment process, the screens will show you the options available to you, along with your cost. You can read a summary of the features of each benefit by clicking on a link on each screen, or review the plan features before you enroll by selecting "Plan Features" on the menu bar at the left of this screen.

On the day you first report to work, please bring copies of documents that substantiate any dependent eligibility; for example, birth certificates or adoption papers for your dependent children, marriage license, court order, evidence of current registration at a college or university for a dependent age 19 to age 25, or for a stepchild living with you, a birth certificate and evidence of place of residence, such as a school record.

When your hiring process and benefits enrollment are complete, your coverage will be effective on your hire date. If for some reason you do not join the company after enrolling for benefits online, we will delete your enrollment screens.

To begin enrolling, select "Enroll Online" from the menu bar at left and follow the instructions for logging on and creating your unique password.
