From the menu bar at left or one of the links below, select the option that best describes what you want to do:

• Welcome to Vought
  Learn more about your benefits enrollment process.

• Plan Features
  Review the features of your health care and life and accident insurance plans.

• Service Providers
  Find doctors and other health care providers by geographic area who are in your plan.

• Online Forms
  Select and print forms needed to complete your enrollment, such as dependent student status verification, stepchild as a dependent and others. Print and complete any required forms and mail them to Benefits, M/S 49L-02, Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., P.O. Box 655907, Dallas, TX 75265-5907 within 31 days of your hire date, or hand them to a benefits representative on the first day you report to work.
  

• Enroll Online
  Make your benefits selections here. Select "Enroll Online." You will then see a logon screen. In the box labeled User ID, enter your Social Security number and the four-digit year of your birth (19XX) as requested. You will then be asked to create a password and a hint for a reminder in case you forget your password. After you log on, you will be inside Vought's secure personal benefits site. Follow the instructions on each screen to enroll. Click on the links to the summaries to review the plan's features.
