an identifier that would represent the outstanding features
of your Vought Aircraft benefits program - a valuable program
with options to meet your personal and family needs. The name
“Excel” means excellence! The pentagon shape represents
the five major segments of your benefits program - Medical,
Dental, Life/AD&D, Vision and Flexible Spending accounts.
The check mark in the box is a reminder of the program’s
flexibility to meet your individual needs.

As you know, the company pays the major part of the cost
of your benefits. Because of Vought’s purchasing power,
we are able to negotiate the most cost-effective coverage
for you and your family. Our ability to offer excellent health
care benefits is a cooperative effort between you and the
company. Therefore, you will continue to pay a portion of
the cost of your coverage. Your costs to participate in the
Vought plan, however, are significantly less than you would
pay for individual coverage.

In addition to this summary, you have two other great resources
for benefit information:
- The Vought Benefits Center. You can reach the
Benefits Center, toll free, at 1-866-689-5999. The Center
operates Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.
to 4:30pm, Central time. When you call, you may use your
touch-tone phone to select from a menu of choices, or speak
with a Vought Benefits representative - a Vought employee
who is trained and dedicated to provide you with prompt,
accurate benefit services. Please keep in mind that after
4:30 p.m. Central time, there are fewer benefits service
representatives available to take your call. The best time
to call the Vought Benefits Center is between 8 a.m. and
4:30 p.m., Central time.
