A LOOK INSIDE A CHAPTER
There are seven main chapters in the guide. Each describes
one of the benefit programs. For example, there is a chapter
on your medical benefits, another on your dental benefits,
another on disability benefits and so on. Most chapters are
separated into three main sections:
- Highlights ... A short overview of the benefit

- In Detail ... A complete explanation of
the benefit, how it works, your plan options and provisions.

whenever you have a question about your benefits.
- Frequently Asked Questions ... At the end
of each chapter, a list of the most frequently asked questions
and the answers to those questions
- Sidebars ... Supporting information that
can be read on its own or as a supplement to the main text
