Vision One
Vision One is your new vision care program. It replaces LensCrafters
for employees covered by a bargaining agreement.
The Vision One program (except for Lasik surgery) is available
at many optical centers nationwide - including Sears, JCPenney,
Target, participating Pearle Vision centers and others - as
well as through selected independent optometrist and ophthalmologists’
offices.

To find a vision care provider, call 1-800-793-8616 to access
the automated locator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representatives
are also available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern
time and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.

On that screen, select DocFind®
Near the top of the DocFind® screen, there is a list
of categories of providers in a box with a yellow background.
Find Vision One in that box and click on it. Fill in the blanks
with the geographic information requested to find a Vision
One provider nearest the ZIP code you designate.
