Vision Care

Vought provides vision care no cost to you, and you do not need to enroll. Your benefit is a maximum of $250 per year per person with no deductible. Your benefit includes one vision exam and two pairs of lenses, including contact lenses, per year, and up to a one-year supply of disposable lenses. It also includes one pair of frames every two years (from date of purchase). You may use any provider and submit your receipts for reimbursement.
