How to Enroll for Benefits
If you need to change your benefit elections for the new
plan year, you have several ways to enroll: Through the Internet
or Intranet. Through internal or external mail. Or through
the Vought Benefits Center.
Through the Internet or Intranet.
Simply click on the Enroll
Online button to your left.
When you visit this portion of the site, you will have an
option to enroll in benefits for the new plan year. The first
time you log onto the Enroll Online section, you will access
your personal benefits and dependent information using your
Social Security number and the four-digit year of your birth
as your password. The system will then ask you to change your
password to a six-digit alpha-numeric password. The enrollment
screens will take you step-by-step through the process, calculating
your costs and entering your information directly into the
benefits database. The program will generate a Confirmation
Statement online, which you can print when you complete your
enrollment.
By mail
You can also enroll by mail. Mail your completed Enrollment
Worksheet, internally, to Benefits, Dallas, 49L-02, or through
the U.S. mail to Benefits, M/S 49L-02, Vought Aircraft Industries,
Inc., P.O. Box 655907, Dallas, TX 75265-5907. Be
sure to mail your Enrollment Worksheet to reach Benefits,
Dallas, no later than May 31.
By telephone
With your completed Enrollment Worksheet in hand, you can
call the Vought Benefits Center, toll free, at 1-866-689-5999.
The Center operates Monday through Thursday 8am to 8pm and
Friday 8am to 4:30pm, Central time.
In person
Or, take your Enrollment Worksheet to your site Benefits
office for assistance in enrolling through the Excel Web site.
A Benefits representative will help you enter your enrollment
information on the enrollment screens.
